How long will it take before I receive my order?

In Canada: 3-9 business days (standard shipping)

In the United States: 4-8 business (standard international shipping)

Where do you ship?

Currently, shipping is only available to Canada and the United States. However, international shipping will be available eventually.

Why is the product I received lighter or darker in color than the one I previously bought?

Since the products are mostly made with naturally derived ingredients, color changes or variations are absolutely normal. However, the quality and the efficacy of the product will not be changed or affected.

Can I get a refund for a package that was lost or damaged?
